  • Is there a charge for adults/parents who attend the party?

    StoneFire Pizza Company requires each guest who enters the building to purchase a buffet. With a birthday party package a discounted rate is offered for you and your guests for unlimited access to the buffet, as long as at least one buffet is purchased at the time of booking. You can pre-pay for your guests and the guests you choose not to pay for can enter through guest services and pay as they enter the building.
  • Do I have to pay for people who are not eating?

    StoneFire Pizza Company requires each guest to purchase a buffet.
  • Can I bring gifts to StoneFire Pizza Company?

    Yes you can! StoneFire Pizza Company is not responsible for unattended items left in the dining rooms.
  • Can I bring food to the party?

    StoneFire Pizza Company does not permit guests to bring in food. The only exception to this rule is a birthday cake.
  • How far in advance do I need to book a birthday party?

    As soon as possible to assure we can accomodate your group. Otherwise we recommend 24 hours in advance to properly plan your exceptional party but we do welcome last minute bookings upon availability. Please contact us at 262-970-8800 or email us at stonefire@stonefirepizzaco.com
  • I overbooked my party. Can I get a refund for the missing guests?

    Should you choose to reduce the group headcount for your party prior to 72 hours of the event, StoneFire Pizza Co. will honor the price difference. Should you choose to reduce the group headcount for your party within 72 hours of the event your original total will remain final.
  • Does StoneFire Pizza Co donate?

    Yes we do! Please email a completed donation request form to stonefire@stonefirepizzaco.com. A donation request form can be found here.
